As a part of Broadview’s commitment to the community, staff participated in a couple of different events in the month of October.
Toasty Tuesday – October 18
This is a school program at George Waters Middle School designed to feed children who may not have access to breakfast at home. Broadview makes toast for approximately 300 students with the help of staff volunteers.
Wear It Pink Day – October 27
Staff were encouraged to wear pink for breast cancer awareness. For every staff member to wear something pink, Broadview would donate to Cancer Care on their behalf. This year, the entire office participated – although some of their pink pieces were a little unconventional. We made a great contribution to support further cancer research!
